How we buy from US suppliers.
Who we buy from
US brands and manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers, and retailers with bulk lots. We also consider excess inventory, overstock and closeouts from recognized brands.

Pricing and payment
We buy in US dollars at wholesale prices. Payment terms are agreed individually with each supplier before an order is placed. There is no fixed minimum order value.
Shipping
You ship to our nominated prep center or another receiving destination agreed with you for each order. We do not currently offer pickup.

Do you buy closeouts and excess inventory?
Yes. We consider suitable surplus inventory, clearance opportunities, end-of-line products and bulk lots, subject to commercial suitability. See selling surplus stock.
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not have a fixed minimum order value. We assess purchasing opportunities based on the products, pricing, available quantities and commercial suitability.
Do you pick up inventory?
Our current arrangement is supplier delivery to our nominated prep centre or another agreed receiving destination. We do not currently offer stock collection.
Are you an authorized distributor?
Cue Distro operates as an independent purchasing and e-commerce resale business. We do not claim authorised distributor status unless separately agreed with a particular brand.
