What we consider
Branded stock that has outgrown its usual channel.
Surplus stock is often good stock in the wrong place. If it is genuine, branded and in one of our categories, we would like to see it.
End-of-line products
Lines a brand is retiring, or older versions replaced by a new model, formula, size or design.
Clearance opportunities
Stock you need to clear, such as packaging changes or end-of-season lines, that is still new and saleable.
Bulk lots
Larger quantities of one line or a range, including retailers offering bulk purchasing opportunities.
Suitable mixed lots
Several brands or categories together. A full list helps us review every line.
Our four categories
Health & beauty, toys & games, electronics and appliances. Other branded stock is considered case by case.
What to send
The details we need to review a lot.
Email a spreadsheet if you can. The more of this you include, the more accurately we can respond.
- Your company details
- Brand and product description for each line
- EAN or UPC barcode and pack size
- Quantity available and stock availability
- Unit price, or whether offers are invited
- Where the stock is held, and any deadline for the sale
Delivery: if we agree a purchase, you deliver the stock to our nominated prep centre or another agreed receiving destination. We do not currently collect stock.
UK & US
Surplus stock in either market.
Stock in the UK is bought by CUE DISTRO LTD in pounds. Inventory in the US is bought by CUE DISTRO USA LLC in dollars.

Do you purchase surplus and clearance stock?
Yes. We consider suitable surplus inventory, clearance opportunities, end-of-line products and bulk lots, subject to commercial suitability.
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not have a fixed minimum order value. We assess purchasing opportunities based on the products, pricing, available quantities and commercial suitability.
Do you collect inventory?
Our current arrangement is supplier delivery to our nominated prep centre or another agreed receiving destination. We do not currently offer stock collection.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are discussed and agreed individually with each supplier before an order is placed.
