How it works

From price list to purchase order.

Selling stock to Cue Distro follows the same five steps in the UK and the US. Here is what happens at each stage.

The process

Five steps, terms agreed first.

No procurement committee. You deal with the people who make the buying decision.

01

You get in touch

Email your price list to the purchasing team for your market: sales@cuedistro.com for the UK, or sales.us@cuedistro.com for the US. If you would rather introduce yourself first, use the Become a Supplier form.

02

You share your price list

Email your company details and wholesale price list or stock catalogue. A spreadsheet is ideal, with one line per product.

  • Brands and product descriptions
  • EAN or UPC barcodes
  • Pack sizes, quantities and stock availability
  • Unit prices
03

We review the opportunity

We assess each line on its products, pricing, available quantities, demand and commercial suitability, and let you know which lines interest us. If a line is not a fit, we will tell you.

04

We agree products, quantities and terms

We agree the products, quantities, prices and payment terms individually with you before any order is placed, along with the receiving destination for delivery.

05

Purchase order and delivery

We place a purchase order and pay on the terms agreed. You deliver the stock to our nominated prep centre or another agreed receiving destination. We do not currently collect stock.

Opening an account

Details for your account application.

If you need our details to open a trade account, here they are. Registered addresses are for correspondence only, not deliveries.

After the first order

Building a regular account.

A first order lets both sides check stock, packaging, lead times and paperwork. When a line performs well in our channels, we look to buy it again, and we are happy to review new lines as your range changes.

Repeat orders, fixed volumes and particular payment terms are not guaranteed: every purchase is agreed individually. Surplus and clearance lots are reviewed on their own merits.
