How we handle the information you send us through this website and by email.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by Cue Distro. Enquiries from the United Kingdom, and from other countries routed to our UK team, are handled by CUE DISTRO LTD (company number 14604011, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX), which is the data controller for them. Enquiries from the United States, and from other countries routed to our US team, are handled by CUE DISTRO USA LLC, a Wyoming LLC.
Privacy questions: email sales@cuedistro.com (UK) or sales.us@cuedistro.com (US).
What we collect
When you use the Become a Supplier form, we collect the details you enter: company name, contact name, business email, telephone number (optional), country, the market you would supply, product category, type of purchasing opportunity and your message. When you email us, we receive your email and any attachments, such as price lists.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and to protect the form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use it
- To review and respond to your enquiry or price list, and to discuss a possible supply relationship.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence with suppliers.
- To protect the website and form from abuse.
We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing supplier relationships.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Form enquiries are delivered to our purchasing team by email through our email delivery provider (Resend), and our business email is provided by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and supplier correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting trading relationship, and business records for as long as the law requires. The website itself does not store form submissions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. In the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
