Getting started
How do I become a Cue Distro supplier?
Email your company details and wholesale price list or stock catalogue to the purchasing team for your market: sales@cuedistro.com for the UK, or sales.us@cuedistro.com for the US. If you would rather introduce yourself first, use the Become a Supplier form.
What information should I send?
Please email your company details and wholesale price list or stock catalogue. Ideally, include product descriptions, brands, EAN/UPC barcodes, quantities, unit prices, pack sizes and stock availability.
Which products do you buy?
Our four categories are health & beauty, toys & games, electronics and appliances, in both the UK and the US. We may consider other suitable branded stock on a case-by-case basis. See what we buy.
Orders and payment
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not have a fixed minimum order value. We assess purchasing opportunities based on the products, pricing, available quantities and commercial suitability.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are discussed and agreed individually with each supplier before an order is placed.
Do you guarantee repeat orders?
No. When a line performs well in our channels, we look to buy it again, but we do not guarantee repeat orders, fixed purchase volumes, upfront payments or credit terms. Each purchase is agreed individually.
Stock and delivery
Do you purchase surplus and clearance stock?
Yes. We consider suitable surplus inventory, clearance opportunities, end-of-line products and bulk lots, subject to commercial suitability.
Do you collect inventory?
Our current arrangement is supplier delivery to our nominated prep centre or another agreed receiving destination. We do not currently offer stock collection.
Can I deliver to your registered address?
No. Our registered addresses are for correspondence only. The receiving destination is agreed with you before each order.
About Cue Distro
Are you an authorised distributor?
Cue Distro operates as an independent purchasing and e-commerce resale business. We do not claim authorised distributor status unless separately agreed with a particular brand.
Do you purchase from international suppliers?
Our primary purchasing markets are the United Kingdom and United States. We may consider suppliers from other countries on a case-by-case basis.
Which company buys from me?
UK suppliers deal with CUE DISTRO LTD and are paid in pounds. US suppliers deal with CUE DISTRO USA LLC and are paid in dollars. See UK purchasing and US purchasing.
Where do you sell the stock you buy?
We resell through established online marketplaces, including Amazon.
